Homebuyer Education 4-Part Series

CHN's Homebuyer Education course is an 8-hour series that is tailored towards homes that are actively in the homebuying procedure. This free, instructor-led series is designed to fulfill HUD and National Industry Standards for Homebuyer Education and offers the tools and understanding required for long-term homeownership.

Note: This course satisfies education requirements for HUD-approved down payment help and novice property buyer programs. Upon conclusion of the 4-part series, you will get a Homebuyer Education certificate (legitimate for one year from course conclusion date).

Unable to make these sessions? We also use self-paced education and therapy through the Framework online property buyer education platform (fee-based service).
